Terms and Conditions for Urbania Rentals Chennai

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of MPV rental services provided by Urbania Rentals Chennai. By booking or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms:

Booking & Payment

• Booking is confirmed upon receipt of advance payment (minimum 25% of rental amount).
• Balance payment must be completed before vehicle delivery or trip start.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, cards, and cash.

Rental Period & Extensions

• Rental duration begins from the time the vehicle is handed over to the renter.
• Late return beyond the agreed time will incur additional hourly charges.
• Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Chauffeur-Driven Rentals

• Chauffeurs are provided with professional training and must be treated with respect.
• The vehicle will be driven only by the assigned driver.
• Overtime charges will apply if usage exceeds the agreed number of hours.

Vehicle Use Restrictions

• Vehicles are to be used only within permitted geographic boundaries (Tamil Nadu or specified states).
• Off-road usage, racing, towing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• Any misuse or negligence may result in penalties or termination of the rental without refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Liability

• Urbania Rentals is not liable for personal injuries, loss of personal belongings, or delays due to external conditions (e.g. weather, traffic).
• Insurance covers vehicle damage only under specific conditions. Negligent or unauthorized use is not covered.

Privacy & Data

• Customer information is collected only for the purpose of booking and verification and is kept confidential.
• Urbania Rentals does not share data with third parties except when required by law.

Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
